1、    建筑/土木工程/工民建等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科或以上學(xué)歷；
2、    專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)扎實(shí)，有設(shè)計(jì)院實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
3、    具有良好的溝通學(xué)習(xí)能力及團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神；
4、    熟練掌握各種計(jì)算機(jī)繪圖技術(shù)（cad、天正、Sketch  up、Indesign、Photoshop等）；

1、  Minimum  bachelor  degree  in  architecture/  civil  engineering/  Industrial  and  civil  architecture  or  relative  field;
2、  Having  excellent  theoretical  basis  in  this  field，the  internship  experience  in  designing  institute  will  be  a  priority;
3、  Have  a  good  communication  and  learning  ability  and  teamwork  cooperation  spirits.
4、  Good  skills  in  various  computer  drafting(cad、Tianzheng、Sketch  up、Indesign、Photoshop  etc);
